Leah E. Gottlieb is an associate at Katz, Bernstein & Katz, LLP.

Leah’s areas of practice include Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Business Transactions.  

She advises clients in structuring estate plans, drafting wills, revocable trusts and all types of irrevocable trusts, including insurance and residence trusts. She also assists clients with estate administration, handling probate of the will, and transfer of assets. Leah also represents business clients with respect to their general business planning, including formation and succession planning.

Leah is very active in the community and has been involved with numerous organizations such as the MENTOR Moot Court Program at Fordham Law School, where she coached a high school moot court team, FoodChange, where she provided free tax preparation services to low-income New Yorkers and Project Sunshine Book Buddies Reading Program, a reading program for underprivileged children.

Leah is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
